Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. To cancel or amend a confirmed reservation, please contact Yercaud Bungalow Stay as early as possible using the contact details below.

1. Cancellation charges

• More than 7 days before arrival: no cancellation fee.
• Within 7 days of arrival, before check-in: a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value applies.
• On or after check-in, or in the event of a no-show: a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking value applies.

2. Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the bank account details required to make the refund. Applicable credit-card or payment-processing charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds are made in local currency only.

3. Booking exceptions

Any non-refundable or special-period terms stated in your booking confirmation take precedence over this general policy.
